Availability and Prices

Current Prices.

10 hrs per day available from 7.30am-5.30pm £50 per day. We charge by the day.

This includes all meals and snacks throughout the day.

Weekly rate.

£250 per week. Prices are multiplied by 52 weeks per year, holidays subtracted and then divided by 12 monthly payments for ease of payment for yourself.

( per month payable by the 26th of every month ready for the next months care.)

I am also registered to accept 2 Yr old - 4 Yr  free childcare placements as offered by Nottinghamshire County Council.

Not all childminders are. We have to meet a quality standard before being allowed to participate in the scheme.

Any extra costs such as entrance fees for pre-planned trips are payable by you. Toddler or playgroup sessions or local visits are included in your normal charges. I do ask for a contribution towards soft play visits when we go. I will give you notice of when we intend to visit! I do require you to provide spare clothing, nappies, baby wipes, baby milk etc.

15-30 hrs funded from Central Government...

As a registered chidminder, I have signed and agreed with the Nottinghamshire County Council Provider agreement.

As part of that (even though not required for us as I mind less than 10 children) I aim to ensure all my pricing is clear and transparent around the funded hours.

Firstly, I always offer 2 options to a parent. Free 30 hours with no food provided at my home, or a small additional fee for food charges. This is currently set at £4 per day for breakfast, lunch and tea. Any parent has the option to decline this and send their child with the appropriate food to cover the day in the form of packed lunches etc...

I do not charge for any additional items such as consumables etc... Outings, as stated above, parents will be notified in advance for the payment required eg soft play entrance fee.

The only others charges on my billing system are those concerning extra private hours a parent may wish to take (eg the funded place is only for 38 weeks a year and most parents want all year round cover.) So those bills are clearly itemised as separate amounts to cover 'private' hours.
